Library Isle is not responsible for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
3. Subscriptions, Paid Services & Refunds
Library Isle may offer free and paid subscriptions for events, programs, reviews, or digital content.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.
- Refunds for digital content, professional reviews, and registrations are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party vendors. Library Isle is not liable for issues resulting from use of third-party payment processors.
4. Products, Events, and Book Review Services
Library Isle offers both physical and digital goods, including books, merchandise, and downloadable materials, as well as professional book review services.
All orders and submissions are subject to availability, review, and acceptance. We reserve the right to revise or discontinue products and services without prior notice.
Event registrations and Book Review Live submissions are non-refundable once fulfilled. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Library Isle platform, including but not limited to logos, articles, digital content, educational material, video reviews, and graphics, are the property of Library Isle or its licensors.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from Library Isle, except where permitted by law or under fair use guidelines.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Library Isle Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:
- Upload content that is harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit our systems
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without prior approval
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
7. Custom & Personalized Orders
By submitting any book, review request, or personal material to Library Isle (e.g., for Book Review Live), you grant us a limited license to use, display, and promote that content across our platforms.
Custom orders, including author reviews and promotional content, may not be canceled or refunded once work has commenced. Delivery timelines are subject to internal production schedules.
8. Disclaimers
Library Isle provides content and services “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That submitted content will be featured, published, or promoted
- That site features will function identically across all devices or locations
All services are subject to availability, appropriateness, and programmatic discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Library Isle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to data loss, missed events, or errors in content.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Library Isle within the previous six months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Library Isle, its founders, staff, board members, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the organization.
